I enjoy Big 12 football, OKC Thunder basketball, golfing and camping - just to name a few of my favorite things! While I love all things real estate, here are 3 of my primary specialties:
1) New Construction
I was a joint business owner of a home building business. I am very knowledgeable in construction standards and a fantastic resource if considering a newly built home.
2) Luxury Homes
My passion for design has led me to favor the luxury market. Having built and sold many homes over $400,000, I feel my experience in this segment of real estate sets me apart from others in this industry.
3) Corporate Relocations
I was the previous Territory Sales Manager for the Western Oklahoma district for Anheuser-Busch. This experience makes me incredibly familiar with corporate relocation and the time sensitive nature of the transition and the influence on all family members coming to a new city. I am happy to assist in finding more than a home - I can help you find doctors, contractors, insurance agents and preferred lenders.
